Growing up in small town, middle of nowhere Nebraska, I loved coming back to Northern Missouri to spend time with my extended family. The stories I heard during those visits brought to life the photos that were shared with me during that time. As I entered high school and became a photographer on the yearbook staff, my long career as an amateur photographer began. I realized how photographs can stir up memories that have been frozen in time. These memories become full of life and emotions that have been dormant for years, or still linger near the surface. They can be things from the past that are aged and forgotten or things from the present that are still raw and vibrant. I believe that photos can inspire the uninspired, save the lost, and capture the moments that will cause you to look back on them and laugh, cry, and relive them all over again and again.

Now that I have a family of my own, I understand how truly important these memories can be. It seems like only yesterday that our son was born, and now he is off to college, ready to start a life of his own. I capture the memories of our daughters playing sports in high school and realize that all too soon, they will be on their own, making their own memories.

I believe in teamwork, cooperation and collaboration to ensure that all of your photos capture the mood, emotions and personality you want to convey. Simply stated, it's your memories being captured in beautiful photographs.
